Access to HIPAA compliant patient portal, CharmEHR, where you can access treatment plans, patient summaries, lab results, and other medical records. You will also be able to email Dr. Nicole Davidson via the email system in Charm EHR.
Telemedicine
For virtual appointments, Doxy.me will be utilized as it HIPAA compliant. Internet accesses, webcam, and microphone are required.
5-10 minutes before your appointment, please click on the link below to enter Dr. Davidson’s waiting room. Please wait there until Dr. Davidson starts the appointment.

Online Dispensary
Our online dispensary is a safe and convenient way for current clients to purchase their physician grade supplements that were prescribed by their doctor. Order online and products are shipped directly to your location within a couple days.
Policies
By Appointment Only: Patients will be seen by appointment only. This time is reserved exclusively for you. A credit card number will be required to secure your appointment time. However, you will not be charged at this time.
Payment: Payment for appointment will be required at the end of your visit. We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.
Rescheduling / Cancellations: I require at least a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations. For cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment, half the cost of the scheduled visit will be charged. For no notice given for cancellation, the full fee will be charged.
